What counts as a monitor?
One URL, port, DNS record, certificate, or heartbeat checked on a schedule. A single page checked from twelve regions is one monitor, not twelve.
How are logs billed?
Per gigabyte ingested, after drop rules. Retention is included up to 30 days on Team and 90 days on Business. Nothing is sampled, and you are never billed for a line a drop rule caught.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited read-only members, and Team and Business include unlimited engineers on the on-call rotation. The people who only read the status page have never cost anyone money.
Can I bring my own status page domain on the free plan?
Yes. Custom domains, your logo, and your colours are on every plan, including Free. We think it is strange that this is unusual.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Checks keep running and pages keep going out. We email you, and you have thirty days to upgrade or trim. We would rather you found out from us than from a customer.
